I worked out in the gym today after my Chiro appointment. It was a heavy workout though. It was light with medium reps just to work motion. It felt okay, but not well enough to push it tonight.
Workout: Strength training, core
Cardio: none
BJJ: None. I took the Docs advice (for once) and kept it easy for my back. I miss not being on the mat and training with everyone else but I know from experience that pushing to hard puts me out of training for much longer. At this point in my life I need to listen to what the professionals say. Otherwise I'll have to hang my skeleton up for display pretty soon :)
