Swim: 1,000 meters of drills

2 x 100 meter freestyle warm up
3 x 100 meter buoy freestyle
4 x 100 meter breast stroke
1 x 100 meter freestyle fin swim with one breath at turn around

It was a good swim and I felt really great afterwards. This is my second 1,000 meter day so Thursday I'm going to bump it up to 1,500.
