Jab/Cross/Round kick/Double 360 defense/Helmet in/Under hook and pike
- From here we added the "triple threat"take down from headlock attempt and ended in S position.
Great training today. Next Sunday we'll work from combatives again and add in two more take downs from the "triple threat".
