22 Oct 09 - Just keep swimming

Today was my first swim in 8 months. I really don't have a good reason why I didn't continue my swim routine when I came out here, it just fell of the radar when school started. It was much easier to get back in the water than I thought. I used my pool time to work 50 - 100 meter drills for 1000 meters. I did have to buy a new pair of goggles but that is a small price to pay to get some laps in!
