"OH my back...I'm just kidding I don't have a back"

Okay, so all kidding - and Monsters Vs. Aliens quotes - aside my back is the issue today. I've been dealing with sore back since Thursday of last week. My Friday workout put me over the edge I think and I've been suffering ever since. So much so that I had to make an emergency appointment with the Chiro today. He was none to pleased when he found out that I had been moving around with an out of place lower back and swollen discs since Friday. Yep...I'm stupid. So, he threw me around a bite today, did his kung fu on my back and told me to rest up and ice it tonight. I have another appointment with him on Friday for a followup.

This sucks though. I was really looking forward to training tonight and implementing some of the back control stuff that coach showed me last week. I really hate not being on the mat when I know everyone else is! Stupid body!
